Online Services


Government Services Operations (GSO) has launched its "Online Services" to save you time and effort. Follow the steps to register and commence your online Applications. A courier service will be arranged to collect and deliver your processed transactions from and to your office (within the TECOM Zone only).


How to Register:

  • Log on to
  • Fill the online form
  • Print the duly filled form and get it signed by the license holder
  • Submit the form at the GSO counter

Once the request is approved by GSO, an "Administrator Account" will be created and details will be forwarded to the Client Online Administrator.


How to Create an Account?

The Administrator can create account users for different responsibilities, viz.:

  • Data entry: the user can fill the online applications and submit it for approval to the Approver.
  • Approver: the user will have the privilege to approve the duly filled application before it is forwarded to GSO. Additionally, the user can also make payment through credit card or advance deposit.
  • Enquiry: The user will only be able to view the status of requisitions submitted to GSO office without the privilege of entering data, editing, or making payment.

However, the choice of adding account users and dividing the associated responsibilities is left to the discretion of the license holder / administrator i.e. the account can be run by one user or multiple users.


How to apply online?

  • Log on using your password
  • Select the service you want to apply for
  • Fill in the online application
  • Forward transaction to your Approval User (Approver)
  • Choose the payment method
  • Once you pay, your transaction is submitted
  • Any required original documents will be collected by the courier

How to Pay?

  • Credit Card
  • Advanced Deposit


Once your Transaction is ready we will send it to your office (only within the TECOM Zone) by courier free of charge. The courier service will handover the processed transaction and in return collect from you the original documents required that you already scanned and submitted online.
